  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received.

  • During high-volume periods, holidays, promotions, or unexpected demand, processing times may be extended.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays.

2. Shipping Time Estimates

Estimated delivery times begin after order processing is complete:

  • United States: 7–15 business days

  • Canada: 7–20 business days

  • International: 10–25 business days

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

3. Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs inspections or clearance

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

4. Tracking Information

  • Tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.

  • Zyra Summer is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages marked as delivered.

  • Customers should contact the carrier first for delivery issues.

7. Split Shipments

  • Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages depending on warehouse location, supplier availability, or shipping method.

8. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees required by their country.

9. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated as part of a promotion.

10. Refused or Undeliverable Orders

  • Orders returned due to refusal, failed delivery attempts, or incorrect addresses may be subject to reshipping fees or partial refunds minus shipping costs.

11. Delivery Issues

If your package arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
